This indulgent chocolate cake brings together the richness of dark chocolate and the unique flavor of gulab jamun powder for a moist, decadent treat. Perfect for celebrations or when you're simply craving something special.<br />_______________________________________________<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Eggs – 2<br />Condensed Milk – 1/3 cup<br />Cocoa Powder – 1/3 cup<br />Salt – 1/4 tsp<br />Baking Powder – 1 tsp<br />Gulab Jamun Powder – 1/2 cup<br />Vanilla Essence – 7–8 drops<br />All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup<br />Olive Oil – 1/3 cup <br />Dark Chocolate (finely chopped) – 1 1/2 cups<br />___________________________________________<br />Method:<br />1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk for about a minute until frothy.<br />2. Add the condensed milk and whip again for another minute.<br />3. Sift in the cocoa powder and gently fold the mixture in one direction until smooth.<br />4. Add salt and baking powder, and continue folding in the same direction.<br />5. Stir in the vanilla essence and all-purpose flour. Mix evenly to avoid lumps.<br />6. Add the gulab jamun powder, oil and mix gently until well incorporated.<br />7. Fold in the finely chopped dark chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.<br />8. Lightly grease a baking pan and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.<br />9. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), then bake the cake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.<br />10.
